Providing input for LA for various corporate led re-engineering
efforts such as :SAP data nomenclature definition, common terms
and conditions, Price re-engineering and WW SPOC.
Working with the CRM team in building the architecture for data
migration from Legacy applications to CRM: Offering Information,
Transaction Pricing and Information Management.
Responsible for the PPRF project budget.
Managing the deployment of PPRF as part of the consolidation of
OMS Single Image in Brazil, using resource from both IBM, ISSC and
external contractors.
Project Leader / Programmer 1988 - 1993
Led a team of 6 Programmer/Analysts in the Analysis, Design,
Development, Installation and End-user support for the Pricing and
Product Reference System used by IBM Marketing and Fulfillment
personnel in the Latin American countries as part of OMS.
Coordinated applications installation and support in LA countries
for the Price and Product Reference System by using resource
from development centers in Sydney Australia and LA HQ.
Coordinated an application decentralization project which migrated
an application run centrally in NY to a compute center in Sydney.
Provided Development and Technical Support to the LA HQ Business
Systems group.
Analyzed and designed part of the WTAAS System which had both
on-line and batch capability, this system was designed using
IMS/TP and DB, the batch end was on the MVS/TSO platform.
Provided Technical Support in the area of performance enhancement,
and in the support of ECMVS suite of products which facilitated
Prototyping, DB2 table management and provided systems security
for IMS based on-line applications.
* CITICORP 1986 - 1988
SYSTEMS OFFICER:
Lead programmer involved in the analysis and design of a micro-
mainframe based Portfolio Analysis System. This system was used
by Citicorp's corporate customers to monitor the performance
of their Trust funds and to effectively manage market data in
making investment decisions.
- Responsible for enhancing systems performance by redesigning
VSAM data files and COBOL programs.

Payroll and Personnel Agency to support Resource Allocation Plans.
